For all digital goods on our website the download limit is set to 12 (twelve) downloads per item. One purchase of a digital item allows 12 downloads – whether it is a book (PDF), a photo-painting (JPG), or any other digital file.
You can download an item from our server to your computer 12 times only. The moment you click on the download link, or copy-paste it in your browser – download begins (either automatically, or with a prompt asking where to save the file).
Mind the limit
Once the download limit is reached, you will no longer be able to download your purchased item from our server. To regain access, you will need to place a new order.
Technical issues, such as: download interruptions, unstable Internet connection, and other causes of interrupted downloads are on buyer’s risks and responsibilities. You can press F5 (refresh page) to see your current download count in your customer panel before downloading.
Unable to download?
If there is any technical issue from our server side (which is least likely) and you are unable to download product, please contact the support. Provide screenshots of your technical issue, it will help us to resolve quicker.
Download link expiry?
There is NO download link expiry for orders. Your download link will NOT die. We want our registered customers to retain access to their purchased art collection indefinitely, until the download limit has not been reached.
If a product updates?
If a digital product receives updates, your existing download link will automatically provide the updated version.
Passwords, DRM, encryption?
NO. All downloadable products on our website are encryption free. You will not need to complete any additional steps after purchase – simply download the file and unzip it.
